Refund and Exchange Policy

Overview

Indee Store is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be instances where you need to exchange a product. This policy outlines the guidelines for exchanging items purchased on our platform. Only exchange for different size of same product or a defective product is possible. Return of a product will not be accepted.

      Exchanges

      To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

      • The product must have been exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
      • The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
      • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
      • The product must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice or order confirmation.
      • Exchange is only applicable for different size of same product. User cannot exchange one product with another type of product
      • Exchange is also applicable for defective product.

      Items Not Eligible for Exchange

      • Personalized or customized products
      • Perishable items (e.g., food, beverages)
      • Digital products (e.g., e-books, downloadable content)
      • Items that are returned without the original packaging or accessories

      Exchange Process

      Initiate Exchange Request

      • Contact Indee Store customer support within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange request.
      • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the exchange.
      • Our customer support team will review your request and provide you further details.

      Return Shipment:

      • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
      • Indee Store will incur the cost for exchange of product, unless otherwise specified.

      Exchange Processing:

      • Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange eligibility criteria.
      • If the product is eligible for exchange, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement product to you.
      • If the product is not eligible for exchange, we will notify you and provide options for returning the product to you.

      Shipping of Replacement Product:

      • The shipping cost for the replacement product will be borne by Indee Store.
      • We will ship the replacement product using the same shipping method as the original order.

      Exchange Limitations:

      • Indee Store reserves the right to limit the number of exchanges per order.
      • If the desired replacement product is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
